<named id="1"/>1 A Song of Ascents. I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains: from whence shall my help come?

<named id="2"/>2 My help cometh from HaShem, who made heaven and earth.

<named id="3"/>3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

<named id="4"/>4 Behold, He that keepeth Israel doth neither slumber nor sleep.

<named id="5"/>5 HaShem is thy keeper; HaShem is thy shade upon thy right hand.

<named id="6"/>6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

<named id="7"/>7 HaShem shall keep thee from all evil; He shall keep thy soul.

<named id="8"/>8 HaShem shall guard thy going out and thy coming in, from this time forth and for ever.
