Tehillim (Book of Psalms), Chapter 33

'"`UNIQ--named-00000000-QINU`"'1 Rejoice in HaShem, O ye righteous, praise is comely for the upright.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000001-QINU`"'2 Give thanks unto HaShem with harp, sing praises unto Him with the psaltery of ten strings.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000002-QINU`"'3 Sing unto Him a new song; play skilfully amid shouts of joy.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000003-QINU`"'4 For the word of HaShem is upright; and all His work is done in faithfulness.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000004-QINU`"'5 He loveth righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the lovingkindness of HaShem.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000005-QINU`"'6 By the word of HaShem were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000006-QINU`"'7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap; He layeth up the deeps in storehouses.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000007-QINU`"'8 Let all the earth fear HaShem; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000008-QINU`"'9 For He spoke, and it was; He commanded, and it stood.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000009-QINU`"'10 HaShem bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000A-QINU`"'11 The counsel of HaShem standeth for ever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000B-QINU`"'12 Happy is the nation whose G-d is HaShem; the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance.

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000C-QINU`"'13 HaShem looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men;

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000D-QINU`"'14 From the place of His habitation He looketh intently upon all the inhabitants of the earth;

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000E-QINU`"'15 He that fashioneth the hearts of them all, that considereth all their doings.

'"`UNIQ--named-0000000F-QINU`"'16 A king is not saved by the multitude of a host; a mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000010-QINU`"'17 A horse is a vain thing for safety; neither doth it afford escape by its great strength.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000011-QINU`"'18 Behold, the eye of HaShem is toward them that fear Him, toward them that wait for His mercy;

'"`UNIQ--named-00000012-QINU`"'19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000013-QINU`"'20 Our soul hath waited for HaShem; He is our help and our shield.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000014-QINU`"'21 For in Him doth our heart rejoice, because we have trusted in His holy name.

'"`UNIQ--named-00000015-QINU`"'22 Let Thy mercy, O HaShem, be upon us, according as we have waited for Thee.
